Warranty Coverage
All products are eligible for a 2-week warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Batteries, earphones, screen protectors, and sale items come with a 1-day warranty only.
Returns & Exchanges
Products may only be returned or exchanged if the original bill is presented.
Items must be in excellent condition, including all original packaging and components.
All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection, which may take up to 14 working days.
Products that have been misused, modified, dropped, exposed to moisture, overcharged, or damaged by electrical surges will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they receive both their bill and item packaging at the time of purchase.
Digital Products
Digital e-gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
These codes are non-transferable and should not be shared with anyone else.
Online Orders
For all online orders, customers must visit one of our physical store locations to request a return or exchange.
You must present the digital bill/receipt received via email.
Returns or exchanges for online orders must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in unused, resellable condition with original packaging.
